We are looking for someone to lead our Wellington and Palmerston North offices as a Team Leader. We offer a competitive salary and ongoing training with regular business hours, Monday – Friday, from an office based in Lower Hutt. You will play a key role in connecting the two teams virtually/remotely and provide a presence in the Palmerston North office on a regular/fortnightly basis.
At Workbridge, our purpose is to help those with disabilities and health conditions find and sustain meaningful work. We have 22 centres across New Zealand; we love what we do and are passionate about making a difference. While it’s not always easy, it is immensely rewarding.
This is an exciting and challenging role, where you have the opportunity to make a difference and add great value to our business. This role will involve motivating and inspiring the team on a daily basis along with using your strong relationships and networks within the community and local businessed to lift the profile and awareness of Workbridge and what we do.
