Find your purpose

Make a difference every day

At Do Good Jobs, we give you access to roles where you can make an impact every day - on local communities, on national causes, on global issues.

All the roles listed on our job board are ones that help to make a positive impact on our futures.

Find a good job

Broadly speaking, you’ll find two types of roles on our job board

GOOD ORGANISATIONS

These organisations have a primary focus on making a positive impact.

They might be a charity, a not-for-profit, a social enterprise or an NGO.

We don’t believe that purpose and profit are mutually exclusive so you might also see listings from for-profit businesses that work in an impact space such as sustainability.

These organisations can list any role with us.

GOOD JOBS

Sometimes organisations which are not fully focused on for-purpose work, have specific roles that fall under the definition of positive impact.

These might be roles in areas like sustainability, DEI and well-being and culture from organisations like government agencies, local councils, B-Corps or for-profit businesses with a wider focus.

These organisations can list those specific roles with us.

We work hard to ensure all roles fit our criteria, are relevant to our jobseeking community and meet the standards that our community might hold. However, we appreciate that everyone's view of whether an organisation or role is "good" or "not good" varies and this means that on occasion roles may be listed that some members of our community do not personally agree with.

We do actively review listings and reserve the right to remove any that we do not feel meet our criteria or have other issues. If you want to raise an issue with a listing drop us an email at hello@dogoodjobs.co.nz
