Enlighten Talent have partnered with a fantastic for-purpose organisation who are on the lookout for a new Service Delivery Manager. This organisation works to provide support for young people in our society. About the role

The Service Delivery Manager is a brand-new role giving you plenty of space to shape as your you own.  You will be responsible for the overall delivery of our unique recruitment and career services. Our fresh, new, innovative service offerings are being well received and we need you to help ensure they are of the highest quality.

The Service Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of services and support the organisation to scale and innovate  it services through inspiring leadership/ staff development, customer insights, service improvement and revenue generation.

You will:  

  • provide inspirational leadership to a team, enabling and building leaders
  • be responsible for the delivery of services through daily operation of our contact centre
  • establish and roll out a QA process to ensure best practice process, consistency and quality of service
  • build strong relationships with our business partners and manage service contracts
  • provide leadership in key account and relationship management planning 

About you

You are hungry for exceptional service delivery and an inspirational leader who finds joy in lifting others up. You know what great customer experience looks like and are able to grow a team.

You will bring  

  • experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • significant experience in delivering services in a fast-paced high volume service industry
  • a minimum of 5 years work experience in a B2B sales/ business development client management role
  • high emotional intelligence, a passion for leadership and the resilience to make things happen
  • strong people skills with the humour and positivity needed to build great relationships with both your clients and team. 

We’d love it if you came from a recruitment management background. Or perhaps you are a contact centre, service delivery or sales manager in a high-volume environment looking to step away from the commercials a little,  and eager to a part of something more meaningful…. We’re pretty flexible around here, so even if you have some of the skills listed above, we’d love to hear from you.
