Part-Time Ringakaute – Accounts Administrator
Here at Community Law Wellington & Hutt Valley we are looking to grow our Operations team with an experienced Accounts Administrator. The Ringakaute will work closely with the Kaihautū (Operations) to administer all daily incomings and outgoings, strengthen our existing financial policies and processes, and complete our bimonthly reporting to our Trust Board.
The role is part-time and permanent at 15 hours per week. There is scope to do some of this mahi from home, and the hours are completely flexible to what fits in best for you.
You will bring:
– Great accounts administration expertise
– Proficiency in Xero (or a similar platform)
– High attention to detail
– Strong communication skills
– A people-focused values system
– A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
The following will also be helpful (but not essential):
– Experience with accounting for charitable trusts
– A formal accounting qualification
– Experience working in community organisations
– Knowledge of te reo Māori me ōna tikanga.
