We’ve had an exciting and wonderful 6 months fixed term opportunity open up in our People Experience (PX) team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This role is located in Wellington. You’ll enjoy a varied role, overseeing the administration and coordination of all recruitment activities at Sharesies, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and enable them to recruit confidently by supporting them and providing delicious and trusted advice so they keep coming back for more.

For the Recruitment Coordinator role we are looking for someone who: 

  • Loves putting people first and thrive when helping people join our company and reach their full potential
  • Has an excellent eye for detail and can approach the appropriate person at any level to get missing information* Can prioritise and plan a busy workload
  • Is a great problem solver and willing to try new ways of doing things
  • Is comfortable taking ownership of certain aspects of the recruitment process
  • Might be looking for a change from agency to in-house recruitment or looking to grow their career in recruitment
  • Is keen to help out in different areas of People Experience
  • Is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and our future growth.
