Full-Time RECEPTION / ADMINISTRATOR
A Reception / Administrative role has become available and we are seeking a person who is able to provide a friendly and efficient first point of contact to tenants, their clients and other visitors calling by telephone or in person and who will also provide timely and effective administrative support with great attention to detail
You will have an awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the wider community including groups from diverse cultural and social backgrounds and an ability to engage in a warm and professional manner. You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills and be proficient in the use of current information technologies and the confidence to adapt to and use MYOB and our bookings system.
Previous experience in reception administrative work is not essential but familiarity working in a team environment in an office or other customer services role will be advantageous.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a current NZ work permit.
