Full-Time Office Administrator

Job Description

The Drug Foundation works on some of the most challenging issues facing our families and communities. We need a brilliant office administrator to support our broad range of projects and services.

The New Zealand Drug Foundation has been at the forefront of major alcohol and other drug policy debates for 30 years. We are committed to advocating policies and practices proven to reduce alcohol and other drug harm in New Zealand communities.
You will have experience in a similar role, be a highly motivated and organised person, and have the initiative to make our office run more effectively.

You will be responsible for:
• the smooth running of our office and paying the bills
• fostering new and managing existing relationships with our members
• managing a wide range of cool events, and
• making sure Ross doesn’t miss meetings.

We need someone who’s done this type of thing before, who sets themselves high standards, and is happy to argue about life and politics when we do the Dompost 5 Minute Quiz.

This is a full-time position based in Wellington. Salary $54,000 – $64,000.
