Beth-Shean Trust is searching for a new organisational Manager, who will also have direct oversight of the Crisis Respite and Accommodation services,working closely with the Administrator, Mental Health Support Workers, and Board of Trustees.
The person we seek will be passionate about social justice and mental health, able to uphold the Trust’s core values of Hope, Hospitality and Service, and maintain its philosophical, faith-based foundation. They will delight in working with a committed, skilled staff team to build on Beth-Shean’s excellent reputation in the community mental health sphere in Auckland. The new Manager will have expertise in leadership of teams and/or organisations, mental health experience, and sound bi-cultural knowledge.

Base salary range is between 69,000 and 78,500, depending on experience and training, with some additional benefits.
