Based in some of New Zealand’s most stunning natural environments, our camps offer clean, comfortable, housed accommodation as well as great food, facilities and a range of indoor and outdoor activities – all available for use by schools, sports clubs, cultural clubs, youth groups, families and more.
CCNZ is a faith-based organisation and our programming supports our special character.
In this role you will work with Christian Camping across NZ, with the purpose of identifying, developing and supporting young leaders. You will maintain and grow leadership pathways for young people.

CCNZ works with facilitators to deliver excellent programming at every level of camp engagement, whether a teenager, a committed staff member, or an experienced board member.
The position is also responsible for ensuring that we are accountable to our various stakeholders (including young people and funders) for the services we deliver.
Whilst we have a good foundation of leadership development and engagement with camps, we are looking for someone who will start with what is known, and is willing and able to help refine the role as we move forward.
