Volunteer Service Abroad covers cost while you are on assignment, including travel, accommodation, living allowance and more.

TTI is a Free Wesleyan Church–owned institution. They focus on providing access to overseas qualifications locally, primarily tertiary programmes.

In this assignment, you will work with the local HR officer at TTI to build and implement a quality HR system. This will include assessing existing policies and procedures and implementing new systems where required, ensuring these systems are in line with current legislative requirements.

A key aspect to this role will be your ability to train and mentor the local HR counter-part on the HR operating systems.

You will also be responsible with assessing the existing remuneration and benefits system, and ensure that staff are being rewarded appropriately. You will be involved in up-skilling the HR Officer and Payroll Officer in pay reviewing and benchmarking.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

– Strong experience in a wide range of HR disciplines
– A track record of designing and developing HR policy and procedures
– Experience in staff development, training and mentoring
