Job Description

Dignity exists to provide free period products to all people without access. We believe no one should miss out on opportunities simply because they have their period.

We are an impact business. Dignity provides free period products through our two impact initiatives. ‘Buy-one, Give-one’ partnerships for business and Gifting initiatives for the benefit of kiwi workplaces, youth and community groups.

Dignity played a leading role in the government’s commitment to provide free period products in all schools and kura from 2021.  Dignity has a large voice and we want someone who can continue to advocate for our kaupapa to deliver period equity.

Our customers include organisations such as ANZ, Cigna, Xero and PwC.  By partnering with us, these companies support their employees, and in turn we give products to over 200 schools, youth and community groups across Aotearoa.

We have had a huge growth in businesses supporting our Buy-one, Give-one initiatives over the last 6 years and we need someone who will lead Dignity to the next phase of growth.
