Full-Time Fundraising and Marketing Manager (30/40 hrs), flexible location, National focus
We are seeking a talented full time (30 – 40 hours negotiable) Fundraising and Marketing Manager to join our small dedicated team. Location is flexible, working remotely, but with a National focus.
Kidney Health New Zealand is an independent national organisation that seeks to:

Purpose of the position
The Fundraising and Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all KHNZ fundraising including fundraising strategies. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute fundraising programmes and marketing campaigns with the goals of raising awareness of kidney disease and funding KHNZ programmes. It is expected this role will be front facing, actively fundraising to achieve KHNZ’s annual fundraising target.
Marketing goals will include developing and maintaining KHNZ’s brand integrity as part of KHNZ’s strategic plan and strategically position KHNZ as the trusted source and voice of the kidney community while establishing KHNZ as a charitable leader. The Fundraising and Marketing Manager will also work with the GM to launch new products, services, and programmes to enhance KHNZ’s mission to its community.
National travel will be required
