Part-Time Funding and Communications (permanent part time)
If you can craft compelling narratives that raise profile and money, and you are passionate about creating a space that sees the woman behind the mother, read on!
You will have:
Strong wordsmithing and branding capabilities
Social media and website experience, backed by excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
Ability to manage a successful programme of grant applications
A strong work ethic and confidence to take initiative
You will also:
Be a team player, collaborating effectively with our Groups Coordination and Support role, but also self motivated to work from home on your own
Be strongly motivated to improve the financial position of Mothers Network through grant applications and other fundraising opportunities
A relevant tertiary qualification(s) in communications, media, or social marketing is highly desirable, as is experience in a not for profit. organisation. A computer and access to transport are essential.
This is a paid position – $25 per hour for 8 hours a week – and will require quarterly attendance at evening Board meetings (face to face or online).
