Totara Hospice’s vision is to honour living and dignify dying. Doing this by providing leading edge hospice palliative care services to eligible individuals travelling the journey of a terminal illness. Totara Hospice Donor Care Manager role opportunity…
Ultimately this role is responsible for cultivating, growing and managing a portfolio of individual and corporate donors for Totara Hospice and The Totara Foundation. You will be optimising our giving campaigns to achieve and exceed targets, this is a diverse and varied role working on multiple projects across Direct Mail, Telefundraising and Digital Engagement/Appeal Campaigns.
You will be developing programmes to support the stewardship of mid-range donors, also this role is responsible for prospecting for bequestors and support of bequest payments and communications. You will enjoy working with the wider Fundraising and Marketing team to ensure all our fundraising communications are fully integrated. Event engagement will be needed as you work with our Corporate Supporters, you will work with the Events and Community Portfolio team members to enhance these relationships.
Experience in direct marketing, digital fundraising and monthly giving would be an advantage. And we hope you will be just as passionate as we are on implementing our Donor Thank You strategy. This role needs you to have an analytical eye for data as you work in the Donor CRM (Vega). You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders as you work across the portfolio.
