Totara Hospice’s vision is to honour living and dignify dying. Doing this by providing leading edge hospice palliative care services to eligible individuals travelling the journey of a terminal illness. Totara Hospice Donor Care Fundraising Administrator role opportunity:
Ultimately your role is responsible for all that is data and numbers within the Fundraising and Marketing Development Team! The core focus is ensuring accurate tracking of supporter and donor information and all payments, thus resulting in exceptional data reporting and segmentation. This will help you be a critical contributor to the Donor Care Portfolio of individual and corporate donors for Totara Hospice.

The Donor Care Portfolio runs integrated campaigns across Direct Mail, Telefundraising and Digital Engagement/Appeal Campaigns. You will need to be digitally savy to ensure you are across all mediums of income generation. The role will enable you to showcase you excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality, always following the FINZ Membership Guidelines and Charities Commission regulations.

Support to the Trusts and Grants Portfolio is also within the role with sourcing costs, applications and accountabilities. Experience in Grants would be an advantage. Event engagement will be needed as your role provides information and data for the Events and Community Portfolio team members. At fundraising events the role is responsible for administration and payments.
