Voluntary Donations Co-ordinator

Job Description

Are you well-organised and a good communicator?

Battered Women’s Trust is looking for someone to help organise our non-monetary donations, such as clothing, toys, toiletries, food etc.

Your role with require assisting with the collecting and sorting our donations to ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet the women and children at our residential houses and community office. You would also be maintaining our storage garage, sorting and cataloguing, making it easy for advocates and clients to easily access the things they need, which may also include helping clients’ set up a new home.

This key volunteer role is up to 4 hours per week during office hours, and could be shared between more than one volunteer.

Full driver’s licence essential. A clear Ministry of Justice criminal record check is a requirement.
