Full-Time Digital Producer

We are looking for a Digital Producer who is a proven communicator and activist with a deep understanding and love of web technology, online campaign strategy and tactics.

The role will lead the tactical development and execution of the digital communication and mobilisation strategies within our campaigns.

You are a multitasking expert responsible for helping deliver communication and engagement objectives, using online tools and channels. You will do this by understanding our supporter audience and using your design and video production skills to create engaging content.

The ideal applicant will have a range of skills and experience including:

-Excellent communication and proven copy writing ability
-Understanding of running online communities and social media
-Producing excellent content for social media
-Experience with mass mailing / EDM strategies
-Ability to access, understand and analyse email, website and social media data
-Experience in implementing SEO and SEM strategies
-Understanding of branding, online design, information architecture and UX
-Data-driven decision-making across digital channels
-Experience in online campaigning
-Photoshop for web design
-InDesign for print design
-Video editing for social media
-Functional HTML & CSS skills
