Voluntary Communications Advisor

ChangeMakers Refugee Forum –  Anywhere

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others tell their stories and interested to help refugee background women share their journeys of learning to drive?

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated communications professional to write up 6-8 case-studies about refugee background women learning to drive through our Turning the Curve Programme. The interviews have already been conducted and recorded.

Your writing will generate powerful and inspiring stories about the women’s journey on the Turning the Curve Programme. We will then use these stories to share with others about the benefits of the driving programme.

You must be able to demonstrate your communications experience and story telling expertise, and be passionate about helping others tell their stories.

About ChangeMakers Refugee Forum:
ChangeMakers Refugee Forum is a rights-based, non government organisation (NGO).
Our vision is New Zealanders from a refugee background participating fully in New Zealand life. We work towards that vision through community development, research, and advocacy.
