10×10 is a global organisation that is empowering the next generation of giving by organising live charity crowdfunding events.
Each 10×10 event is run by a team of volunteers and are designed to support innovative grassroots charities. We successfully launched in Auckland last year and raised $13,000 for three incredible Kiwi charities. Now we want to host another event that is bigger and better!
Each event features a pitch from three charities and are a fun mix between a networking event, cocktail party and pitching contest. Participants pledge a minimum amount which is turned into charity dollars and at the end of the night participants decide which charity to support.
10×10 is making a large impact in providing purpose to lives of its volunteers and funding for grassroots charities that do incredible work.
10×10 events are currently being run by teams of passionate volunteers in Australia, the US, Hong Kong, London and Canada.
Please get in touch if you are available in Auckland to attend our first event committee meeting on 12 February where we will kick off planing for the next event in May 2020.
Committee members are required to commit for a set of fortnightly meetings in the lead up to the Auckland event and to attend the event. They are also required to invite 10 people from their networks to the event.
12 x 1 hour meetings over 3 months on Tuesday nights (plus additional 10 hours) in the lead up to an event which will be held end in May 2020.
