Full-Time Team Leader – Auckland

We are still looking for the right person to lead our Auckland team as a Team Leader. This is a full time, permanent role of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday business hours. Our Auckland office is in based in Ellerslie and you will be leading a team of staff based across the wider Auckland region.
This is an exciting and challenging role, where you have the opportunity to make a difference and add great value to our business. This role will involve motivating and inspiring the team on a daily basis and ensuring resources are best used to deliver the best possible customer outcomes.
You will enjoy the excitement and challenge of the health and disability sector. You will also actively support staff in the delivery of frontline services to Workbridge jobseekers, employers and key stakeholders. Essential to this is the ability to use your strong relationships and networks within the business community and particularly with employers to lift the profile and awareness of Workbridge and what we do.
You will have proven experience in leading teams, with a passion for bringing out the best in your team and building relationships across a diverse range of internal and external customers.
You are a resilient, business-minded person with the ability to motivate the team and think on his/her feet. This role is not for the faint hearted, you must be passionate about coaching, driving change and implementing an amazing team culture!
Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of disability issues as they relate to employment. This role will require you to have some experience in business planning/ administration, budget management and resource allocation.
We work in an outcome-based environment – so we measure what we do, to be successful in this role you need to be ok with this.
