Full-Time Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Advisor

Presbyterian Support Central  Porirua, Wellington and work from home $70 - $80k

Job Description

We’re looking for a digital go-getter to help our digital channels come alive.

You’ll be enthusiastic, creative, organised and, of course, technology savvy. As our digital marketing guru, you’ll be an advocate for, and driver of, effective digital communication and engagement.

This is a digital generalist role where you’ll get your hands dirty with everything from web content to development, from SEO to analytics, from social media to e-DM, from video to e-commerce.

Joining the External Relations team and reporting to the General Manager – External Relations, you’ll be a super organised and reliable, you’ll be caring, fun and authentically you!

So, what will you do all day? There’s plenty of variety! You’ll:

  • work with our teams to identify and create compelling social media content that informs, engages and showcases what we do.
  • develop creative advertising campaigns by understanding and connecting with audience interests through analytics and research
  • manage our websites and advise on effective SEO practises
  • set up, manage and monitor Google and Meta ads
  • support the GM External Relations to develop and implement eDM strategies and campaign
  • provide e-commerce support, including uploading new products and product photography
  • develop strategies to reach new audiences and drive traffic to our website and other platforms
  • effectively track and report on digital growth and marketing success.

We’re looking for a digital specialist who has:

  • experience with digital marketing insights and advertising tools, including proven experience setting up and managing Google and Facebook advertising
  • the skills, ability and creative nous to produce and edit engaging video content
  • experience in planning and delivering high quality digital communications.
  • proven social media management skills
  • experience in audience analysis and ability to maximise engagement
  • proven ability to write and/or edit engaging web content that informs, inspires and is easily discoverable
  • an understanding of user interface and experience design principles
  • knowledge and understanding of current digital marketing trends
  • strong self-motivation, accountability and aptitude to work independently.
