Having gone through some recent positive changes in order to grow its membership, GirlGuiding NZ is repositioned for the future and is very excited to offer a range of newly created positions to achieve its objectives, including offering great programmes, opportunities and activities that meet the needs of a diverse range of girls in our communities.
GirlGuiding New Zealand, a registered charity, has historically relied on community fund sourcing which has been done in a variety of ways, from biscuits to grants and everything in between! We need you, along with your creative ideas, to assist the Funding team to generate revenue to support the organisation moving forward. This in turn helps young girls build self-esteem, confidence and leadership skills.
If you want to be part of the magic, we are now seeking an organised Fund Development Co-ordinator to fill this position to help support the organisation’s funding aspirations.

Ideally based in Wellington or Auckland or other locations could be flexible, this is a unique opportunity to draw on and further progress your fundraising and sponsorship experience. Reporting to the Fund Development Manager you will be part of the team supporting fund development initiatives.

This position is part-time (20 hours per week). Ideally the successful applicant will have an understanding of volunteer based organisations.
