Contract Project Administrator
About the Role:
The Project Administrator is responsible for providing general administration services and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the employment and internship programmes run effectively and efficiently.
Reporting to the Chief Executive NZ, this position will support daily activities and provide support to other internal and external stakeholders as required.
The role will be subject to ongoing funding and commence as a fixed-term contract up until 30 June 2019. Applicants must be on an unemployment benefit in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
* Provide the employment and internship programme with day-to-day organisation, coordination and administrative support;
* Contribute to business activities by producing and formatting documents, reports, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets and other correspondence as required by the employment and internship programmes;
* Assisting the employment and internship programmes to schedule and run meetings, workshops and events around the country when required; and
* Develop and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
