Networks of Expertise – Teachers Refresher Course Committee.

The Teachers Refresher Course Committee is seeking an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, motivated person for the position of 0.5 FTE Personal Assistant. The position will provide dedicated, efficient, high quality and confidential administrative support to the National Co-ordinator of Networks of Expertise.

The successful candidate will have previous successful experience working as a Personal Assistant and will be someone who thrives working in a workplace requiring
• A positive attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and demonstrate initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
• Being a team player.

This position is fixed term for one year for 20 hours per week providing opportunity to work those hours flexibly. There maybe the possibility of an extension of the fixed term.
