Full-Time People Experience (PX) Coach

We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our People Experience (PX) Team as a People Experience Coach and this role is located in Wellington. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for working with people leaders and their teams to provide sound advice and identify opportunities to enhance our ways of working so we have an environment where our people feel supported, and are able to succeed. The coaching team helps people leaders understand and plan for the people implications of business decisions, coach leads through annual processes like remuneration and promotions, provide support and guidance to team members around professional development, and make sure our people are having the job of their lives!

- Is keen to get involved with providing practical coaching – knowing how to coach for success, to help people grow and change behaviours as needed – and has some hands on experience with being a leader of people themselves
- Has great relationship management and influencing skills
- You know when it’s time to escalate an issue when appropriate–we don’t expect people to do it alone!
- Empathetic and can understand people from different backgrounds or with different learning styles
- Passionate about working with people to help them do their best work and live the lives they want to at work
- is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and our future growth
