Part-Time Peace Educations Programmes Analyst and Administrator

About us:
The Peace Foundation offers innovative and quality programmes, services and resources that are used in many schools, homes and communities – both in NZ and overseas. We work towards establishing and maintaining peaceful and non-violent relationships by teaching skills that encourage better communication, co-operation and non-violent conflict resolution.

The role:
The role of the Programme Analyst and Administrator is to provide ongoing support to the Head of Peace Education and the national team of facilitators, to ensure our programmes are delivered in a quality, timely and effective manner. The person would also be responsible for the analysis of data and production of high-quality reports that are presented to our various funders and stakeholders. This position is a very dynamic one that requires experience in both administration, data analysis and report writing.

The ideal candidate would have:
– previous experience in administration
– experience in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
– experience in data analysis and report writing
– knowledge or experience in one or more of our Peace Education programmes will be advantageous
– experience using XERO would be advantageous

The hours are 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with potential to become full-time. Starting 14th January 2019.
