Part-Time Pay Equity Organiser
We’re looking for someone with evidence of strong organising skills who can design and implement member leader development programmes and focus on ‘build, grow, win’ goals.
Working alongside a Pay Equity Advocate you will build effective engagement processes with support staff members that support our pay equity claim. This role is also responsible for the development and implementation of member organising plans with a particular focus on member leaders.
Along with a real desire to make a difference for women workers, you will need some knowledge of the education sector. The proven ability to work well in a fast-moving environment, alongside colleagues in a team setting is critical.
This 0.5 position is based in our national office in Wellington. It is fixed term until December 21st 2018.
