Full-Time PA to National Director
The ideal candidate will have PA or related experience, excel in handling diverse tasks, and be able to promote positive relationships both with other organisations and with TSCF’s students, staff and supporters.
The role involves managing the diary and travel for our National Director, implementing projects, working with the Board and Leadership Team and taking minutes, managing logistics for meetings and coordinating associated travel and hospitality. Attendance at several national conferences is required, sometimes involving travel outside of Wellington.
As part of the national office team, the successful candidate will work in TSCF’s head office in Mt Cook alongside team members responsible for finance, administration and campus ministry. They will be a committed Christian in agreement with the TSCF basis of belief, aims and values. Ideally, they will also be familiar with TSCF or similar ministries.
Competence using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Candidates also need a proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion, stamina, and self-motivation. Eligibility to work in New Zealand is also required.
Candidates must be available to begin from February 2017. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
