Internship (Voluntary) Oxfam Trailwalker Supporter Engagement Intern

Sitting within the Fundraising Events Team, you will contribute to the successful execution of our flagship Trailwalker event. Assisting the Supporter Engagement Coordinator, you will provide support & inspiration for event participants to optimise their fundraising and engagement with Oxfam.
This is a part-time internship (16 hours per week), running from January 2019 – May 2019, and will involve some travel to Whakatane the weekend of the event.

You’re an efficient self-starter that can adapt to a wide range of tasks, a great team player and can boast some of these skills & experience:
– good understanding/experience providing excellent customer service (both written and verbal)
– previous experience of administration of event planning (desirable)
– advanced computer skills in Microsoft office applications
– have, or be working towards a relevant tertiary qualification e.g. business management, customer relations, data management, event management, communications, marketing
