Part-Time Operations Lead
Part-time 20 hours per week, Central Wellington

The Todd Foundation is a philanthropic family foundation providing funding to community organisations nationwide. The Operations Lead role will help maximise our contribution to our vision of “An inclusive Aotearoa New Zealand where all families, children and young people can thrive and contribute – Whakawhāiti Aotearoa, hei oranga wairua, oranga tāngata –”
The role includes:
o Providing financial and donation system support
o Providing secretarial support to the board and investment committee
o Office management and administration including internal and external communications support
We need an adaptive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude who has:
- 2-3+ years’ administration/coordination support
- Experience working with community groups
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience working alongside a volunteer or non-profit organisation preferred but not essential
