Full-Time Office Manager
Inclusive NZ is a membership association for organisations and individuals involved in the provision of employment and community support services for disabled people. We work to build inclusive communities and support our members through a diverse range of services including; providing information, research, training, events and organisational development.
We are looking for an organised, creative and entrepreneurial person to join our dynamic team, and take on the challenge of the role of Office Manager.
Focus of the Position
The Office Manager role is responsible for providing office administration support to the Inclusive NZ CEO, the Board and the organization’s stakeholders and partners. In undertaking these accountabilities, the Office Manager will manage business activities including drafting funding proposals, organizing events, providing IT support and basic financial accounting.
The successful incumbent will have:
* 2-4 years’ experience in a similar office administration role
* Event management experience
* Good interpersonal skills
* Sound financial acumen
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Zero
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to complete reconciliations
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong analytical skills
