Kaitohutohu, Tiaki Kounga | Quality Assurance Advisor

Te tūnga | The role

This role is a permanent role based in Auckland. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader your focus is assuring quality measures are met and compiling meaningful reporting, providing feedback and advice for the wider Collections Operations teams to support our Data Collection. We see you bringing a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement to the role and team.

We want to see the following information in your cover letter and CV relating to:

  • Experience performing data analysis and delivering meaningful reporting and dashboards would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of the principles of Quality Assurance and its measures pertaining to Operations.
