Voluntary HR – Policy Project
RMHC NZ (Auckland) is a ‘home away from home’ for families from all over New Zealand whose children require specialist medical treatment at the National Children’s Hospital, which isn’t available at their local hospital.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide vital support to our HR team through the development of key employment policies and procedures. We have a dozen or policies that need some love to get them finalised. This may require working with staff from different parts of the organisation to get their input, looking at industry best practise, bringing your own experience, and using the resources we have available through the EMA.
Ideally you are available 1-2 days a week (hours are flexible during business hours) with great all round HR knowledge. You are able to work well independently without too much input, though you will sit with the HR team so can ask for support as needed. There is also the opportunity to work from home – we would love to get this project finished as soon as possible, so whatever works best for you!
