Part-Time Groups Coordination and Support (permanent part time)

Job Description

If you can collaborate, connect and communicate effectively both in person and online and are passionate about creating a space that sees the woman behind the mother, read on!

This role will engage with mothers, facilitators, and our community to coordinate our facilitated discussion groups which create spaces for women to focus on themselves, connect with other mothers and have honest conversations about motherhood. 

You will have:

Experience with building positive networks in the community sector
Strong communication and organisational skills 
Excellent time management and task prioritising skills
A strong work ethic and confidence to take initiative
You will also:

Be a team player collaborating effectively with our Funding and Communications role, but also self motivated to work on from home on your own
An organisational whiz, you will work through tasks, identify and seize new opportunities to achieve positive outcomes for group members, facilitators and the organisation. 

Experience in a not for profit is desirable. A computer, car, and a full drivers license are essential.

This is a paid position – $25 per hour for 10 hours a week – and will require quarterly attendance at evening Board meetings (face to face or online)
