Are you an obsessively accurate accounts person? Would you like to put your book-keeping and/or database entry skills to use in an organisation working for a greener New Zealand?
The Finance and Admin Assistant supports the Finance Manager and Accounts Administrator in tasks related to, and not limited to, Xero reconciliation and database processing. Other tasks may include support for the Green Party Office operations.
The working hours are 10 hours per week which can be worked flexibly with prior agreement from the Finance Manager. Initially based in our Party offices in central Wellington but there may be the opportunity to work from home at a later stage.
This fixed term role supports the Party through to the end of the Local Body elections.
