The Data and Supporter Services Administrator supports all supporter engagement and care functions including the implementation of processes and maintenance of our database, ensuring that our supporters receive the highest standard of care and other members of the Fundraising team feel supported in their day-to-day work. · Supporter Admin
· Data Management and Insights
· Supporter Care
· Support for other Fundraising Programmes
· Commitment to Oxfam’s Principles and Values
Your Data and Supporter Services experience will be matched by your proactive and efficient nature. Your communication skills will help you build relationships quickly, and your honesty, integrity and commitment to quality will be second to none. You will also have advanced skill in Microsoft’s Office Suite, and experience working with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.

This post attracts an annual salary of $44,779.
