Job Description

HV SASH provides free Specialist support and counselling to women, children and men affected by sexual abuse, rape, sexual harm. Historic or current.
HV SASH is a 24/7 service covering the Upper Hutt and Lower Hutt communities.
HV SASH After hours team of Specialist Crisis Support workers provide crisis support to victims and families in our communities..
The team cover on call shifts on a casual roster.
The following shifts are covered by the After hours team
Monday – Friday 6pm – 8am
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays 9am – 6pm and 6pm – 9am
The roles are not paid. An on call allowance and mileage is paid when fully trained and rostered on the Crisis Support roster.
Training and ongoing support is provided.
