Micro-volunteer Children Holocaust Memorial

Job Description
The Holocaust Centre of New Zealand has a traveling exhibit, The Children’s Holocaust Memorial, that is currently being housed at the University of Otago Central Library. December 16 & December 17, we are seeking volunteers to help dismantle and pack the exhibit for transportation to the next venue in Ashburton.
The exhibit consists of 1.5 million buttons, representing the children lost in the Holocaust, that will be packed into crates for shipment. Also are the metal case displays that will need to be dismantled and packed. Lastly, the hanging displays will need to be taken down and packed into crates.
We welcome all volunteers who are willing to help with this important display to prepare it for its journey to the next exhibition site.
