At Citizens Advice Bureau we provide accessible, accurate, confidential, and independent advice that empowers Aucklanders to solve problems, understand their rights, access services, and enhance their personal and community well-being.
We are recruiting for a Manager to join the team which operates 10 Central Auckland branches: Citizens Advice Bureau Auckland City (CABAC).
This stimulating part-time position is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of our Grey Lynn CAB (located in the Grey Lynn Community Centre). We are looking for an experienced manager to work with the talented and committed volunteers who provide the Citizens Advice Bureau service.
You will be skilled at developing and supporting volunteers, meeting organisational standards and delivering excellent client service. You will have an awareness of cultural diversity, and the ability to function effectively and respectfully when working with and helping people of different cultural backgrounds. You will be used to operating on a tight budget and be willing to share your expertise and experience for the good of the organisation.
A high standard of verbal, written and interpersonal communication is required, together with sound computer literacy skills. CAB experience would be an advantage.

The salary is $26.50 per hour, for 20 hours per week, a total of $27,560 per annum.
