Job Description

Kia ora,

The Wellington Women’s Health Collective is a small not for profit organisation that has at its heart the well- being of women. It was formed in 1986 and since then has become an established part of the Wellington community.

We are in the process of forming a new board. The purpose of the Board is to direct the Collective toward achieving its purpose and to operate according to its values. We anticipate 2-5 hours a week

The Board provides stewardship of the Collectives operations, reputation and resources.

We are looking for someone who has experience in the not-for-profit sector and preferably, some experience in a governance role.

The person will have a finance qualification, if specifically co-opted/elected to oversee the Collective’s finances or a legal and/or HR background
