Voluntary Accounting Volunteer
Do you have accounting and Xero experience and a 8-10 hours a month to spare?
The Multiple Sclerosis Society of New Zealand (MSNZ) is a non-profit organisation which advocates for systemic change so people with MS in New Zealand have access to first world treatment, resources and services to improve their well-being and quality of life. The work of MSNZ aims to reduce the burden of MS on those diagnosed, their carers and families.
MSNZ also raisies awareness of MS nationally, provides information, educational resources and training to 18 independent Regional Societies supporting people living with MS in their communities.
We are a small organisation but aim to make a BIG impact on the lives of those living with MS.
Our national office is based in the garden city of Christchurch and we have come to require the support of an accounting wizz volunteer, who has particular experience in Xero. This volunteer role will assist with the processing of monthly invoices, banking reconcilliations, GST returns and preparation of quaterly financial reports.
