Fairtrade ANZ’s mission is to support producer organizations and their networks, raise public awareness of the need for fair trade, enable producers to access the Fairtrade market and improve their trading position to deliver sustainable livelihoods for the farmers and their communities, and work with businesses, community groups and individuals to grow the demand for Fairtrade certified products.
Fairtrade ANZ empowers regional farmers through the Producer Support and Relations project (PSR), supporting producer organisations in Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and the Pacific Islands to develop strong and resilient businesses, with the objective of fostering the sustainable development of their communities.
